Gutloading

Gut loading by definition is feeding your insects nutritious food within 24 hours of feeding your animals. We do not sell gut loaded insects as some falsely advertise. The time it takes to prepare and ship to you the insects’ guts are empty. We suggest feeding a variety of reptile safe fruits and vegetables with a good dry chow and water crystals if needed. We now offer Repashy Superfoods. Bug Burger and Superload for feeding and gutloading insects. Additionally we have Repashy vitamin and mineral supplements for your pet reptiles.

Sizing

Our sizes are determined using plastic tubs with holes drilled at various sizes. The system is very effective but not absolute. There will be a small variation within each level.

Counts

Orders below 100 are hand counted with a 10% over count. Orders over 100 are weighed based on an average weight per 110 and also include 10% over count. It is a standard weight so if they are on the smaller end you will actually get more and larger end you will get a more accurate count
